As the year 2023 draws to a close, various countries and regions around the world are updating the relevant regulations in their tax jurisdictions in response to the implementation of Pillar II rules. Following on from the legislative updates for major jurisdictions that were published in June 2023, this article will present the latest developments, including legislative briefings for four additional countries, as well as legislative updates for the four countries included in the previous article.
